Become a better person each day and make progress Focus on doing things that you love and stretch yourself as far as you can go. Use your time in the best possible way. Make your own choices and decisions. Put yourself in a state of mind that allows you to function at your best. If you need some answers, seek help from outside as well as within you.

You are in control of your emotions if you choose to. You can choose to respond to any stimuli any way you choose. Let your emotions trigger you to have more love and living instead of anger and hatred.
