How to builld your creative skills

Feeling we have 'Run out of gas' emotionally and still feel good about ourselves? When you face such a dilemma, you may feel as if you are hitting a metal mountain.

But rejoice! There may be hope right now!

With creative solutions to problems you may be able to look at your problem differently.

First of all, in the light of problem solving, you need to be open-minded about the fact that there may be one solution to the problem. Also, you should be open to the fact that there may be solutions to problems that you think could not be solved.

Now, with this mindset of hope, we can try to be creative in solving our problems.

Number one; Perhaps the reason we cannot solve our problems is that we have never considered what the problem is. Here, trying to understand the problem and the practical understanding of its operation is the solution to the problem. If you know how it works, what the problem is, then you have a better basis for solving the problem.

Try to identify participating organizations and their relationship. Be aware of dry items to gain any standing should you lose the current problem.

Number two; Try to pay attention to all the issues and assumptions that have the problem words. Sometimes it is these ideas that block our view of possible solutions. You have to identify which thinking is acceptable, where the thinking needs to be adjusted.

Number three; Try to solve the problem in parts. Resolved from the standard view to the more detailed sections of the problem. This is called the top-down approach. Write down the question, and come up with a solution to one sentence for that.  From here you can develop a solution continuously, and gradually increase its complexity.

Number four; While it helps to think deeply inside as you solve a problem, you should also keep the creative, analytical voice behind your head. When someone came up with an existing solution, she tried to think of ways to make that solution work. Try to create. At the same time, look for chinks in the clothes of that solution.

Number five;
 It pays to keep in mind that there may be more than one solution at a time. Try to keep track of all the solutions and their development. Remember, there may be only one solution to that problem.

Number six; Remember that old proverb, "two heads are better than one." That's more true than it sounds. Stay open to new ideas. This is especially true when the person you are talking to has experience in solving problems like yours.

You don't have to be a gung-ho, one hero to solve a problem. If you can plan a joint thinking on the matter, it may be better.

Number seven; Be patient. As long as you are patient, there is always a chance that a solution will emerge. Remember that no one was able to create the invention for the first time.

Creative exercise can also help you in your quest for solutions to creative problems.

Here is one example.

Take a piece of paper and write down any word that comes to mind at the center. Now look at that word and write down the first two words that come to mind. This can go on until you can build a tree for related words. This helps you build similar skills, and strengthen your creative processes.

So the next time you see a problem that you feel you can't solve, think again. The solution may be to look it up in the face. All it takes is a little imagination, some planning, and a lot of work.
